In the world of entertainment marketing, there are executive coaches, there are great executive coaches, and then there’s Scott Brittingham.  He’s outstanding and I cannot recommend him enough.  I say this because my recent 6-months working with him has proven to be my best experience with any sort of coaching, whether personal and professional. 

 Four areas worth noting in order to give greater context:

  1. How he organized the coaching process – in a structured-yet-flexible, articulated and detailed fashion that could expand and contract based on challenges and topics at hand.

I was working on my executive presence and I had the privilege of working with Scott during a very transitional time in my company’s history.  His coaching style was very balanced; I felt safe and encouraged, yet he really challenged me to look at myself and understand and pinpoint the roadblocks holding me back.  His ability to listen and understand my personal journey and challenges really helped me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
